Diode laser subassembly comprising up to 10 individual diode lasers.  Microoptics are used for collimation of the beam with a divergence of less than 0.5mrad.

 

Ultra high brightness diode lasers combine multiple single emitters to deliver more than 100W from a 100um fiber.
