Kathleen Schuelke is the Human Resources Manager for Fraunhofer USA and reports to the Vice President. She manages all aspects of Human Resources activities including the payroll, administration of employee benefits, workers compensation, and procuring visas for international employees. She administers Fraunhofer USA's visa program for international interns and is the Alternate Responsible Officer for the State Department's J-1 visa program designation. Ms. Schuelke is also the EEOC Coordinator for Affirmative Action at Fraunhofer USA.

Ms. Schuelke holds a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York-Brockport and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also earned a Zertifikat Deutsch als Fremdspache (Certificate of German Language as a Foreign Speaker) from the Goethe Institute.
